Whether the field development dictates a Spar,
TLP, or Semi FPS solution, FloaTEC, LLC can take an unbiased
look at what works best. After the facility selection process
is complete, FloaTEC can then transition a project seamlessly
from Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) to actual Project
Execution and Delivery.
FloaTEC’s objectivity relative
to floating production platform concepts – along with
the worldwide experience and support from the JRM and KFELS
organizations - means the company is ideally suited to participate
in front end study and technical feasibility work. It also
enables FloaTEC to employ innovative construction engineering
techniques and provide a high level of confidence in project
estimating and project execution planning.
In performing Front End Engineering Design
FEED and the follow-on detailed design work, FloaTEC will tap
resources from its parent’s
respective engineering organizations - in particular to capture
critical fabrication and engineering expertise. FloaTEC has
strategic relationships in place with reputable “knowledge
providers” to supplement both depth and resources as
